My Visa Guide

A trusted, easy-to-navigate website for My Visa Guide, a MARA registered migration consultancy with offices in Williams Landing, Victoria and Kotkapura, Punjab. The new site helps students, skilled professionals and families explore Australian visa options, understand their pathway and book a consultation with a registered migration agent.

The Challenge

My Visa Guide helps people study, work and settle in Australia, covering student visas (Subclass 500), skilled and employer-sponsored visas, partner, family, business and visitor visas, plus permanent residency, citizenship and visa appeals. With so many pathways, visitors found it hard to know where to start. The consultancy also serves clients in both Australia and India, so it needed a website that built trust quickly, clearly showed its MARA registration and made it simple to get in touch from either country.

Our Approach

We organised the site around how clients actually think: study, migrate or visit. Each visa category has its own clear service page, and a simple three-step journey (explore visa options, check eligibility, book a consultation) guides every visitor toward the next step. Our design team created a clean, professional interface that puts credibility front and centre, with the director’s MARA details, partner education providers and client reviews visible throughout.

  • Structured dedicated pages for student, skilled, partner, family, business and visitor visas.

  • Highlighted MARA registration, the Code of Conduct and verified office locations to build trust.

  • Integrated online appointment booking, enquiry forms and WhatsApp chat for Australia and India.

The Result

My Visa Guide now has a credible, modern website that makes complex visa pathways easy to understand. Students and families can find the right visa, see that they are dealing with a registered migration agent, and book a consultation or start a WhatsApp chat in just a few clicks. The consultancy is well positioned to grow its client base across both Australia and India.
